IntentKeep provides a website, a product for capturing and checking software behaviour, and a paid Software Intent Audit engagement. Features, limits, and availability may change. There is no guarantee of uptime or output quality.

Your content

You retain ownership of material you submit. You grant IntentKeep a limited licence to process that material solely to provide the features you use (for example, extracting requirements or checking conflicts).

Do not submit content you do not have the right to share, including confidential, proprietary, or regulated information. Public Try it and demo flows are for evaluation only.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service.
• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes.
• Do not submit malware, spam, or content intended to harm others.

No professional advice

Outputs from IntentKeep are aids for capturing and checking requirements. They are not legal, compliance, or security advice. You are responsible for decisions made from them.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, IntentKeep is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or the product.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
