Privacy Policy
Last updated: 23 August 2026. This policy explains how IntentKeep handles information when you use our website and product.
What we collect
- Email and notes when you enquire about a Software Intent Audit or submit a lead form.
- Text you submit in Try it and demo flows (transcripts, tickets, code snippets, or requirements you type).
- Basic usage signals such as which pages you visit and how many free tries remain on your device (stored in your browser's local storage).
- Technical logs needed to operate the service, including truncated previews of submitted text for debugging (not full content).
How we use it
- To run the product features you ask for, including sending submitted text to AI models for requirement extraction and conflict checks.
- To respond to audit enquiries and follow up with you personally.
- To improve reliability, security, and abuse prevention.
We do not sell your personal information.
Confidential material
Public Try it and demo features are designed for evaluation, not for production or regulated data. Do not paste confidential, proprietary, or personal information you are not authorised to share. You are responsible for what you submit.
Retention
Lead details are kept so we can contact you about the product. Text submitted through public demo flows may be stored to operate the feature and improve the service.
Analytics and session recordings
We use PostHog (EU cloud) to understand how visitors use the website: pages viewed, buttons and links clicked, and session recordings that help us see where people get stuck. PostHog processes this data on our behalf as a service provider.
Session replay may capture on-screen content you view during a visit, including text you type into public Try it fields before you submit. Do not enter confidential information in those fields.
We do not sell analytics data to third parties.
